OUR STORY
Our kids are why we work hard when we want to relax. They are why we get up early in the morning when we want to sleep in. They are why we choose to do what’s right when it’s so much easier to do wrong. We know they are watching when no one else is. There is no greater reason or purpose on this Earth to do less. Each day we start over to try to do better, not for ourselves but for them. One day, they will be us.
STANDING BY OUR WORK
When I was a young manager many years ago, my boss asked me what I thought was a simple answer to a simple question. The simple question was “What is my Job”? Of course my young mind replied, “To do what you tell me”. With a disappointed look on his face as if he was wasting his time with me, he said with confidence; “Your job is to make me and those around you look good”. That answer has stuck with me for more than 20 years. Our goal is and always will be to make our customers, our contractors, and our employees look good by the quality of work we do.
We pride ourselves in picture perfect results. Any electrician can make a business or a home light up. It takes one with pride to complete a project that everyone can be proud of. North Louisiana Electrical LLC continues to grow and strive by God’s grace. Without his love and grace we would not be where we are today.
One of my main reasons for starting this company was to create a working environment for people who want to feel like a person and not a number at work. At North Louisiana Electrical, we do not employ numbers, we are family.
